2504 Little John Lane, built without permit and without meeting side setback.
Neighbors have reported the infraction, and the issue is scheduled for a
future Board of Adjustment hearing.
Owner wants to be put on May agenda.

4. Discuss the
possibility/advantages/disadvantages of removal of the road around Little Stacy
Park and its conversion to just a trail.

5. Discuss findings
from City staff regarding sooner implementation of traffic calming measures in
Area 8, and related voting during May meeting on SOCO Lofts' request for more
daily trips.
General discussion of Executive Committee members, particularly
Maria Martinez, if she can attend.
6. Discuss and
prepare recommendation to general membership on the frequency and form of the Treasurer's Report.

7. Discuss SRCC fund
contribution requests for various projects:
parks (general), 4th of July, Norwood House. Funds for certain 4th of July requirements
(parade permit, insurance) were approved during general meeting on April 6,
2009, an apparent overturn of a previous vote.
