1.     7:00  Present meeting procedures.  Welcome newcomers.     

 

OLD BUSINESS

 

2.     7:10  Approve minutes from May 4, 2009, general membership meeting           (available at www.srccaustin.org).        

3.     7:15  Congress Avenue Baptist Church rezoning (C14-2009-0032) and Neighborhood Plan amendment (NPA-2009-0022.01) applications for consideration, recommendations, and vote.

          Presenters:  Danette Chimenti, Chair, Greater South River City Combined Neighborhood Plan Contact Team; and Henry Gilmore, representative for the Church.

4.     7:35  Variance request at 611 Long Bow Lane to "decrease the minimum side street setback ... from 15 feet to 0 feet in order to maintain an attached    carport" (C15-2009-0032).  Carport already built. Vote on recommendation to the Board of Adjustment.

5.     7:45  Status of illegal building and de-vegetation at 1006 Melissa Lane.

NEW BUSINESS

 

6.     8:00  Presentation on next phase of Blunn Creek bank stabilization and           rehabilitation between Woodland and Monroe.

          Presenter:  Kristin Kasper, Watershed Protection & Development Review.

7.     8:20  Permiting issues for new owners, Jim & Rosie Vincent, of 1711 Brackenridge.

          Presenter:  Jean Mather, Interim Chair, Zoning & Planning Standing                  Committee.

8.     8:30  Botticelli's request before City for outdoor music venue permit.

          Presenters:  Andrew Botticelli, owner/applicant, and Danette Chimenti,   member working with owner/applicant and other residents for operation compromise.

9.     8:45  Variance request from McMansion ordinance in 1900 block of Newning.

          Presenter:  Craig Grund, resident of 1928 Newning.

10.   8:55  Variance request at 1133 Gillespie Place "to decrease minimum front street setback ... from 25 feet to 17 feet in order to maintain and extend a covered porch area...".

          Presenter:  Sarah Campbell, President.

 

OTHER BUSINESS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

o      There will be NO general membership meeting in July.  We have the 4th of July Parade & Picnic instead.  Those working on the 4th events say we are "on track'.

o      We will have elections of several new Area Coordinators and Standing Committee Chairs during the August 3, 2009 meeting.
