3. 7:15 Report on coyote presence in neighborhood and related trapping program.
Presenters: Rene Barrera, City Parks & Recreation Department, & Randy Farrar, US Department of Agriculture.
4. 7:30 Update on issues at Capital Metro Transportation Authority.
Presenter: John-Michael Cortez.
5. 7:45 SRCC neighborhood area National Night Out event for October 6, 2009.

Parks, Schools & Environment
6. 7:55 Update on Boardwalk and potential of a Blunn Creek connection.
Presenters: Jean Warneke, SRCC ANC rep; David Todd, Co-Chair (Parks) of the Parks, Schools & Environment Standing Committee; & Pam Kostas of project consultants KOSTAS & BIRNE, LLP.
7. 8:10 Report on AISD property in Area 8 that SRCC representatives have been trying for years to protect as the headwaters of Blunn Creek. AISD has submitted a site plan for development of a cold storage facility.

8. 8:25 Update on Norwood House renovation plans.

NEW BUSINESS
9. 8:35 Vote to approve/disapprove road closures for ACL Music Festival, Friday-Sunday, October 2-4, 2009, 11am-10pm daily.
Presenter: Sarah Campbell, SRCC President.
10. 8:40 Vote to approve/disapprove road closures for Austin Symphony Kinder Concert, Monday-Tuesday, October 26-27, 2009, 9am-1pm daily.
Presenter: Sarah Campbell, SRCC President.
11. 8:45 Discuss issue of VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) houses in the neighborhood being rowdy or otherwise disturbing to neighbors on regular basis.
Presenter: Lisa McMinn, SRCC resident.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
** On August 25, 2009, the SRCC Executive Committee voted to approve the partial closure of S. Congress for the Keep Austin Weird 5K on Saturday, September 12, 2009, 8am-10am, between Cesar Chavez & W. Mary Street.
** Sherwood Oaks, that part of SRCC south of Oltorf, is organizing its own National Night Out to help build support for creation of a new Neighborhood Watch. Contact Elloa Mathews at ellomail@austin.rr.com or 442-6986 for more information.
