ELECTION NOTE: Per SRCC bylaws, first-time members must have paid dues 28 days
prior to the election of officers. Members who have lapsed 2 years or
less can pay at the meeting and still be eligible to vote.
This means it's best to pay dues by February 1, 2011, in order to be eligible to vote
at the general membership meeting on Tuesday, March 1 or 8, 2011 (date to be determined). Of course,
we encourage your membership in the neighborhood association at any time.
