¶¶¶ East Riverside / Oltorf planning area Many people may not be aware that Areas 6 and 7 are already well into this process as part of the East Riverside/East Oltorf planning area. ~~ Though the city has split the SRCC in the neighborhood planning process, the entire neighborhood still has a stake in what happens in every part of SRCC territory.
